Description: Is this anyway to treat visiting Canadians? Tormenting the poor work grounded souls by viciously taunting them with flaunting flights? Why not? It’s done all the time to local aviators. (Darrell’s empty dock is at Frank’s 10 o’clock position.)

Now, does this conduct fit within the Seaplane Pilot’s Code of Conduct? 'The Seaplane Pilots’ Code of Conduct is an unprecedented collection of industry wisdom and advice,' said Michael Volk, President of the Seaplane Pilots Association and a member of the Drafting Group. 'It picks up where the regulations end, and will be invaluable for teaching socially responsible operating practices to current and future seaplane pilots.'
