    I spoke to the pilot of a C-17 that had 12' flames shooting out f o r w a r d after a missle hit. 2 of 4 engines gone. Don't have an engineer aboard these modern aircraft and he did get it on the ground in (mostly) one piece. I wouldn't blame anybody for needing a new pair of shorts after one of those.
