    Well, I'm sorry to report that there is one less of these flying today. Now that Air Force Times has reported it, I can say that one crashed with the loss of 4 USAF and 1 Iraqi crew. I helped carry the coffins of the Americans myself. The only info on the crash was that it was not during the landing or take off phase of flight and there was apparently no enemy fire involved.

    This bear has made the rounds of a lot of places. I don't know the story. I should have said I didn't take this picture. It was not at this base. There is way too much green stuff for it to be here and the pavement is in too good condition too.
