Description:
Monday, Aug1st. and the 150 mile trip to Midland and the GBG. The fcst wasn't good for en-rte wx and at 10 AM, Lynn and I got in the car for the 4:30 drive to meet the gang.

Yes, in retrospect it was a good decision. Dave's expertise from the last gaggle was certainly missed but we only really got two good days of flying; Wednesday and Saturday morning. Well I guess I should say three, as Bob with Kendal and me with Brittany had a great flight on Tuesday! <br />What was really nice was the number of flightless folks who took the time to drive all the way up to Midland to make Georgian 2005 a great social success!
