Description:
ONe of the many, many nifty features of this seaplane is the way they swapped the 912S's intake manifolds to get a better fit inside the cowling. Here you can see the carbs point aft.
An amphibious version is under construction, they Alabama guys said, and should be ready within a few months.
The seaplane-only version is already available as quick-build kit--three weeks in Alabama and you're in the air. The price? I'll have to look it up, but seem to recall it's around US$60,000, flying. EW is something like 800 lbs. (I'll look that up, too.)
