Description: Bottom side of Bill Hunts Mariner. Bill tells me that it weighs in the middle 500's and handles rough water fine. In fact I have seen him flying effortlessly on days that the Sea Rey wouldn't be comfortable. Each wing weighs between 9 and 12 pounds.

    Mike, that looks like an all-aluminum hull. Is that right?<br /><br />Also, is that one or two-place (tandem)?<br /><br />I love the WW I paint job. I gotta get down there and see this thing. I've shot him an email but no reply yet. Do you live in this area where he keeps them?

    They are kept at his home on Longpond in Lakeville MA. yes All aluminum yes tandem 2 place he is a Capt for A A and may be working, on he did say something about a vacation I will make sure he checks his e mail when I see him We all live and play and for those who have to work around KTAN

    Now that is some uncomplicated landing gear. A la Seabee. Simple and straightforward. It looks like this may be the exception to Franks UIAUD Theorum. (Ugly Is As Ugly Does) . Must be a lot of fun to have six of them. I only want three Searey's.
