Description:
Shortly after the air show, the food was ready. In New Orleans fashion, I poured out a picnic table full of spicy shrimp, corn, sausage and potatoes. It was all consumed in short order, so I guess I did it right despite my aviation distractions.

Roberta,

It was very good, but I am no cook (just ask my wife). I just read, download from the internet and follow directions. How do you like your 7A? I have been looking very hard at RVs. I think you need two planes....... a slow and low (searey) along with a fast and get there (RV). Roy Pinner really made me envious when he flew up with his RV7. It was set up exactly the way I would like one. The work was very good.

I love my 7A. It has been a really outstanding plane and very trouble free. Van's really produced a fine kit that goes together well and flies even better. I did a QB in 18 months with 1300 hrs construction time, including paint and interior. As a crosscountry bird with sport aerobatic capabilities, it is fun and practical. Very easy to fly and maintain. I couldn't be happier with my choice. You won't be disappointed if you decide to build one.
