It's priced at $15K 'cause it has a 582 Rotax, not a 912 like my Stingray has. I paid $18K for mine....this guy needs to come down in price. But I'd have it pre-purchase inspected REAL well by someone who knows them. Paige did my pre-purchase on mine. Make sure ALL paperwork is located with the plane at the time of inspection. (I found out the logs were at a different airport when Paige showed up to do the inspection, so he didn't see them. Turned out ok, but might have been ugly.....just something to consider).

But if I didn't own mine, I'd be looking at this one. These are nice planes if you don't mind one seat. Handles NICELY on the water and is a blast to fly. I'm very happy to be the owner of one of the seven PA produced.

hey mark, have you ever considered making yours into a 2 seater? i'm sure someone could haggle this plane down to a better price. i'll bet it flies pretty good with the 582.

There is really no way you can make it a 2-seater, Dave. The aluminum framework is too narrow for two seats. I could possibly squeeze in a small child with me; that's it.
