Description: After drying out my liver, I headed out of Savannah Sunday afternoon to continue on my trek home. A strom had come through the day before (the one that had all the tornados in TN) and the air behind it was rough and out of the north. Even flying over the water was bumpy because the air was rollong off the land and my groundspeed was about 65-70 mph. After a couple of hundred miles I stopped for a break in Georgetown, SC. It was about 4pm. I was tired from the bumpy ride (and maybe still a little bit from 3 days with my college buddy . So, when the lineman offered me the keys to the crew car and pointed out the direction of the nearest motel, I was sold. 200 miles was enough for this day.

Georgetown had this interesting French trainer on the tarmac. Charlie's bird is in the background.

We had one at the Abbotsford Airshow last year, very nice display too, smooth rather than sudden. I had seen them quite often in Europe years ago.
