You got the best fireworks show around, Judy. It was a bust for those of us inland. I was following a crippled SeaRey back to the dock just outside the restricted area when it launched. The clouds and showers kept us from seeing the show. We were sure it was a scrub.

What was wrong with the crippled Searey?

Thanks Dan. It was definitely exciting watching it close up, although it took 2 hours and a half getting home, and it is only about a 10 minute drive!!! I've never seen so many people!! I'm sure we would never have had such a good spot as we did on 528, at Jetty Park. We would have never had the spot that we did, if we didn't have the motorcycle either, because we got a late start; actually we didn't want to sit in the hot sun for hours!! <br /> Judy

It was an incredible shot all the way from Jax beach. I can only imagine how it is that close. Feel the rumble!

Nice shots Judy. There is nothing like being there and “feeling the rumble” as Rick says. You can tell he has seen one or two. Now that is what I call a good horsepower to weight ratio!!
