Description: I flew southeast, down the James River this afternoon. SKC, calm, +10 miles, 55 F. Made a low pass past a friend's house on the river and was climbing over a peninsula to the east--had gotten to about 500 feet--when these two guys roared past maybe 200 feet higher and 500 mph faster. By the time I could grab the camera they were already almost out of range. This photo is cropped from a much larger one and the detail is just the two little blobs enlarged 3 times.

So Don, were you in an active MOA? We had a C-172 driver run down at a few hundred feet over Tampa Bay a couple of years ago by a pair of F-16s. I had a floatplane fly over me today (me at 50', him at 250) and then he followed me for a while. Made me nervous so I flew away.

Not an MOA, Ken, but for those guys about a dozen heartbeats from Oceanna NAS.

You should've landed on the water. See if he'd follow you there.
