Description: To prepare for the Kitplanes photographer, the back doors were taken off the Maule. Strangely, it didn’t fly much different than with them on. It did, however, make a difference when the 260 pound photographer took up position with forty pounds of gear behind the front seats.

The photographer made some nice SeaRey pictures. Carolyn Spratt made some Maule pictures every bit as good as his.

    Yes, it looks a bit extreme from down low, John, but that is the way it works. Makes a fine dock bumper too.
