Description: This is one of my worst pan shots as I thought of merging the photos after I took them. (You just can't move your shot location without suffering consequences!)
Anyway, you get a good idea of the beautiful setting.

After pacing off the beach we could get 9 aircraft comfortably on (with two up on wheels.) We could probably get two more tethered off the docks but it wouldn't be fun. Then there is always the possibility of bouys..

The low season rates of $40 per head per night end next week and begin again September 1st..

Phil, four aircraft flew up on Monday afternoon. I gather from Frank things were a bit rainy. There was a brief flurry of activity after I arrived on Tuesday but the winds made it more fun to fish, canoe etc. (Plus I think they had eaten and 'partied' so much the night before that most didn't surface very early!)
Wednesday the four were joined by Rudy Wolfs and five SeaReys headed up to Killarney Mountain Lodge for lunch. After they returned around 4:30pm I managed to wrestle C-GJIB away from Lee for a brief frolic while Dennis, Martha and Dave went in search of gas and a new tail wheel extension cable. (keep those rollers rolling folks.)
I left this morning but I hear the fearless five (after waiting fruitlessly for the A-24 to show) left on a combined Lakes/Beach tour (Dan will know what that means.)
Actually it was the 'fearless eight' in five aircraft!

John, Your worst pan shot is better than my best. The place looks awefully nice compared to my garage.
