Description: Vikingsholm is partially hidden in the trees. A home has been on this spot since 1863 with Vikingsholm completed in 1929 and sold to the state of California in 1954. It is now open as a musuem in the summer and is considered one of the finest examples of Scandanavian architecture in the USA. More info at: http://www.vikingsholm.org/history%20of%20eb.html
