Can anyone tell me where I will find the pictures of John Travolta's pad near Ocala ???

Hi Terry, They are on page 1 of the Fly-In Pic's. Just click on Fly-In Pic's for the albumn, where these pictures of Lake Agnes are, and then click on page 1. I took those pictures of John Travolta's house, by the way. Judy

Yeah Terry. I was about to add that it was a Volmer. I asked Bruce and he thought it was a Volmer also. Judy

Russ, wasn't that back when hang gliding was dangerous?

Jeff Arnold - Apr 12,2008   Viewers  | Reply
Hey Russ, what do you mean WITH? Would seem that there is too great a disparity in speed to fly 'together'

It's a Volmer Sportsman. The first successful experimental homebuilt amphibian. Plans came out in the late '50's. There are many flying, and some still being built today.

Quite a few attend the Otsego Lake Splash-in by Gaylord Mich. in June.

Your right about the Volmar being around for a long time, I did some time in one in the early '60's
