Great to see you overhead today.
What a crosswind test here at Peskett Field !
Jerry was rolling the grass today but the field is ready, if the wind is agreeable.

Irony hit me on the head today as I phoned you wondering if the bird was in the air. FIVE seconds later and I heard you and Dennis overhead. Got to do something about the level of noise on your in flight entertainment system.

My photos didn't turn out too well but here is what I have. Attachments:

Lee, I guess for you still working on your bird, it was like a 'Rey of Sunshine!' We would have dropped in but the winds were nutz: straight on the side of the runway. Plus we didn't think it would be kosher with to land with Jerry on his tractor in the middle of the strip.

    Dennis.
Sorry the welcome mat wasn't out but we're working on it. You probably noticed that the windsock wasn't out either and that there is still snow on the side of the runway ! That was one mean crab angle into that crosswind! Welcome to my world.
Anyway, JIB is now missing a bunch of parts in preparation for the the electric landing gear. Dave L. is over this afternoon to direct all the loose parts, and maybe a few more.
