Description: Jimmy to the rescue! With a gentle pull on the ropes the mired tire broke loose and we rolled up onto terra firma.

Getting back down into the water was no problem. We got up some speed and it was all downhill.

Don, Looks like the gentle pull was assisted by about 5000 rpm.

I once got stuck in mud going down a ramp at a distant lake. My passenger was a young lad who had never flown. I was totally sutck in the mud covered by about 8 inches of water. I was taking my shoes off to get out when my passenger suggested that I simply put up the gear. I had never done that when it was holding the weight of the plane, but the prospect of wading around in the mud convinced me to give it a try. The gear slowly came up as the hull settled into the water. Then I simply putted away. NO PROBLEM.
