Are seaplanes permitted on Yellowstone Lake? I recall from seeing it at ground level that it ought to be a lovely place to alight. (Bears in the vicinity, though.)

That'd be a no for seaplanes, Don. I suppose Yogi Bear could alight on it if he wanted to.

What?! You mean I wasted a perfectly good emergency landing on Lake Wallenpaupak when Yellowstone Lake was waiting only a thousand miles to the west? I'll try to do better next time.
