    Naaaah Charlie !!!! Check the Houston sectional for the 'Power Plant' just north of the no fly zone for the dope balloon down around Palacios ( south of Freeport ). That 'power plant' is the South Texas Nuclear Project which has no restricted airspace ( per Skyvector.com just seconds ago ).
