    Anyone flying over Alabama should exercise extreme caution. The folks there have been real nervous since they found out that the Russian military moved into Georgia

    This appears to be a variant of one of the last Polish designs produced prior to outbreak of WWII, when Russia invaded Poland from one side as Germany attacked from the other side. The Russians undoubtedly took possession of any useable aircraft captured by their forces, and this looks like a survivor.
