Description: Before launching for the far East Coast, I had to visit with a forlorn looking PBY. It sat tied to concrete blocks in a corner of the airport. Though obviously suffering from neglect, she still looked impressive. Unfortunately, a bright orange sign proclaimed to all that it had been grounded for non-payment by the Port of Skagit County.
