Description: Prior permission is required for a civilian operation at Trenton. I know most of the controllers by voice due to living in the low level sector training area for the Hercs. I always check in so that no surprises greet me at 300' during my flying from Turtle Cove.

    Dave
It reminds me of the time I spend at Trenton as an air cadet. Besides the stories, if not legends about some precicious teenager air cadet who had his way with the COs' daughter, I don't remember much about the tent city and MARCHING. Ok, may I remember a treasurer hunt at the sandbanks and that we couldn't go flying in the Argus until we brought back the CO's pennent.
Anyway, I had to visit the AFB earlier this year to discuss radar upgrades for DND. Previously you had to be interogated at the base entrance. Just drive on. So much for US Homeland Security paranoia up here. Suits me.
