Tim, its a nice shot but you cant see your plane.

I took the liberty to bring it out a bit. I can bring it out more but it starts to make the colors look artificial. Attachments:

Are you sure Tim this wasn't a cc of his letter to the FAA re being buzzed?A friend in CA decided to do a second low pass over his home a couple of years ago. His N number was caught by some chap with half a sense of humor: he sent a letter to my friend pretending to be the FAA, complete with a false return address, with a mock complaint. I say half a sense of humor 'cause he closed with the comment if I ever see you again, I'll......<!-- >'">
' or > missing in user HTML. it was at a lake where a friend of the family lives. the guy was excited to see the plane after i pulled on
shore, he was headed out fishing and seemed genuinely interested in seeing me take off. hopefully there's
no faa letter to follow.
Fishermen lie but can be trusted. No worries there.

    Tim,

I thought that Geneva was in Clay county, but I see you have a Melrose address. You are probably less than a couple of miles to our place on Sante Fe. We are at the east end of CR 21B. Turn by the church and take a left at the fork till the end. Hope to see you soon. Jezebel is undergoing her annual condition inspection now, but won't be long.

the section of geneva that i am on is in bradford. i live in geneva lake estates, anything south of harveys is
a melrose address. a friend that lives on santa fe was telling me he knew you all--jim gill. let me know when
you are going to be in the area, it would be great to have someone to follow around the area, especially
cruising the st johns (is there a minimum distance you have to stay away from the smoke stacks in palatka
when flying the st johns)

I don't think there is a minimum to avoid the smoke stacks. I generally don't fly directly over them, but that is a personal choice. It is not a nuclear power plant, but still no reason to kick the dog. The St. John's is my choice of playgrounds, cuz there is so much of it. Hope to have Jezebel back in action soon.
