Amazing.

I'll bet, just as a backup, you checked your six a few times.

Fascinating, Dan. Where is it--west of the St. Johns, maybe, and north of that humongous tower? R2910, is it?

This is part of the Avon Park practice range, Don, specifically R-2901A, west of the Kissimmee River (or COE Kissimmee Canal....soon to be river again after millions of dollars to pay the folks that first turned it into a canal to fix it). It is just a bit southwest of where the canal/river turns sharply to the southeast. And, yes, Frank, despite what Miami Center said, you can't be too cautious (I was monitoring Guard just in case). As a historical factoid, this is where Major (then Captain) N. Frank Gracy practiced shooting down drones with a mockup of the tailgun from his B-47.

Wow! That's an interesting area, Dan--in GoogleEarth, at least. Looks like a message for space aliens.

I hope the invading space aliens will realize that just because the targets haven't been hit doesn't mean the Air Force guys are bad shots!
