Description: The city of Hopewell, Virginia has this chemistry set that produces paper pulp, ethanol, and other useful stuff. Many people don't like the eau d'Hopewell and some remember that kepone still lies under the silt that washes down from the farms and housing developments upstream. But at times like this it seems ineffably beautiful, with the low sun and the lights just coming on.
