    Eric, how much water is there in NJ to splash around in, that isn't closed off?

    Umm, let me count...uh..none. All closed. Except that NJ is mostly surrounded by the Delaware river (much is legal), and salt water, also legal (mostly). All lakes closed except Greenwood Lake, but you must land/takeoff on the NY side of the lake only.
