Description: About a month ago, my wife and I went to her mom's house on Banister Lake in Halifax Va. for dinner. They have over 100 azaleas and rhododendrons. It is about an hours flight from our grass strip. It is great to have a plane that can bypass municipal runways.

When I look at the flowers next to my 10 year old Dacron skins, it makes me think it is almost time for a new set of sails.

Great shot, Matt! And what a beautiful place Debbie's mother has!

What always amuses me about your skins is the way the colors change when digital cameras look at them from different angles. In this shot, for example, the blue is very pale on the top of the wings, but not on the vertical stab. I suppose it's caused by the U-V blocking clearcoat.

By the way, The 5 bedroom house is for sale at $289,000. Great water strip and that is the cove in the back yard. I'm sure I could arrange a great deal for a fellow seaplane owner. Attachments:
