Description: Time ran out for the folks in this field. They are buried at the Andersonville National Cemetery because they were forced to spend part of their earthly allotment of time as prisoners of war. Unfortunately the cemetery is still accepting victims.

“None who have always been free can understand the terrible fascinating power of the hope of freedom to those who are not free.” . . . Pearl S. Buck
