Description: Progress! I knew I’d really left the south after crossing the big river. And though I was not streaking across the terrain, I was not streaking across the terrain. Oh the sights you can see when you have the altitude and time for SeaReying!

It seemed no time at all before it was time to refuel. The Madison County airport outside of London, Ohio (UYF) seemed to be within a degree or two of course. After 2 hours of flying, my average speed had inched up to 67.5 mph! And that was over 518 miles and not really a good day’s drive, so I flew on.
