Tsk! Dan, I used to think you were having too much fun. Then I finished my SeaRey and started flying it and thought you were having fun, too. Now I suspect you may be back to too much. Don't you need someone to spell you for a while?

My mama always said I should share, but, well, no.

Okay, well, that's just wrong. Tell you what, Don: fly up here to Wiscasset, Maine. We'll follow the boat north and tag team the passengers. It won't mean less flying. We'll just double the flight time. With two planes, twice the fun!

Dan, you're going to stay mainly along the coast?

Dan Nickens - Aug 17,2010 Viewers | Reply
Yes, Mark. Bar Harbor tomorrow. Where are you?

Dang it Dan, didn't check my mail until now. Was busy all day today. I'm in Old Town, KOLD.

What are your plans for tomorrow and the rest of the week?

Give me a call if you like, 207-299-7348.

That's a mighty tempting offer, Dan. Your mama is a gentlewoman and a scholar. Will you still be there in September?

Dan Nickens - Aug 18,2010 Viewers | Reply
Sorry, mate, but it is a time limited offer. The Commodore is departing the boat this weekend and I'm heading south.

Arrrr! Can't get there in time. But if you're heading south in a SeaRey, I hope you'll consider heading it this way:

N37º 18' 18', W77º 12' 54'
37º 18.300, -77º 12.900
37.305000, -77.215000
Unless something changes (and it does all the time), I'll head south on Sunday. The weather forecast looks bad so not sure when I'll check in, Don, but I'll look for you.

Good. I'll oil up the beacon.
