Description: Some of the 'Luminaries' of Cental Victoria had the ride of their lives with Perry in the Seawind, the old WW2 flying boat base sounded like 1944 with seven flying boats in the circuit, we had a ball, Doug in WIW had a forced landing (Fuel Cont.) south of Ballarat but did little damage.
