Description:
I was thinking I’d just hang out all day beaching and snorkeling. Then a Slovakian airline pilot showed up in a boat from a resort to check out the SeaRey. He couldn’t stay away. In broken English he expressed his long time longing to fly something other than an airliner.
“Well, then, today is your chance!”
He broke into a huge grin, then looked over to his wife. You could see him stop and consider the situation. He slowly turned back to me and said, “Not for me. Please, can you fly my wife?”
Now I stopped. How much love can one man have?
“Of course. It will be my pleasure.”
And so it was.

Ah, Dan. Well, I hope you took him up next. (Tsk. It was 24 F here last night and the James River water is 41 off the end of the pier.)

Unfortunately, Don, he was with a small resort group. They couldn't wait 10 minutes for the pilot to fly. You know, 'schedules'.

Probably the SR floats higher in salt water. Daily fresh water wash?

Every day, Ed: (1) fresh rinse, (2) soap, (3) rinse again, and (4) lots of Corrosion X.
