We landed at Lake Boga which is at its highest level ever, Swan Hill and all the Mallee waiting for the level to peak about Jan 28th.
We were at 3000ft about 50nm south of Lake Boga.

Sorry to hear of all the flooding Jack. Even our US TV has been carrying the disaster, particularly the videos of the cars being carried away. We visited Queensland a few years ago and everyone was concerned about the draught.<!-- >'"><br><font color=red size=6>' or &gt; missing in user HTML. Please fix the HTML.</font> -->

We've all been following the flood news, Jack, hoping you guys stay dry. But the bright side is that it's all fresh water!

Jack - I do hope our friends down south dry out with minimal damage.

Jack, we in Canada have been constantly 'inundated' with videos of the horrific floods downunder. You hardy Aussies are really toughened by nature! I think the Red River areas of southern Manitoba may get the same flooding on a smaller scale this spring. Meanwhile it has been a long winter for us in Ontario (including our US mates in the northeast.)<br /><br />
