Nice neighborhood indeed! And, the water in the setting sunlight versus snow and ice, can it get any better?<!-- >'"><br><font color=red size=6>' or &gt; missing in user HTML. Please fix the HTML.</font> -->

I guess you enjoyed the beautiful day today, Frank. I saw you in your plane at the pump. I was driving my car on the tarmac to fill a can with 5 gallons of Mogas to top my Rey tank...You pulled away as I approached...sorry I missed you.

Sorry I missed you too Wayne! I taxied from the pumps in case someone was coming but had to set up my GPS for Pahokee before calling tower--otherwise I would have seen you! Shucks! BTW, myfirst time to Pahokee which is really new and nice, but bring your lunch, they don't have a snack machine. Photos to come.<!-- >'"><br><font color=red size=6>' or &gt; missing in user HTML.     Speaking of food , Frank...Every Friday the FBO at FMY offers a nice lunch...hotdogs,chips,soda,and a cookie...and you can't beat the price...FREE! Many regulars show up, including Becky from the tower. This is open to all fellow Rey pilots...so now you 'out of towners' have a lunch destination for the price of fuel! Best time between 11:30 and 12:30...I am usually there at noon...in the back room where the TV and computer and the other regulars hang out...

Can you get your SeaRey in there? Looks a bit tight . . .

Actually, Dave, there is plenty of room... the sailboat access canal is 80' wide. I built a powered lift for my BUC between the two docks...I would water taxi in from the Caloosahatchee...lift it and swing it around on the lot...and taxi to the side of my house...and tie it down. The only catch is if another large boat is coming out at the same time...only happenned once...and the nice captain yielded.
