    The other Searey across the walkway facing the wind was slightly damaged on the right wing when the plane next to it got lose and hit the gap seal.      Attachments:

    We work hard to tie our planes down so as not to be damaged but it often is the other <br />guys plane that nips you -many years ago my plane was tied down in Tampa and the 210 <br />tie downs held fast through a Tornado but a Cessna152 was picked up and dropped on <br />my tail-took six months to get it repaired _ the nice thing about the Searey is we can fix it <br />ourselves

    Tom's Searey at the Viking tent only had minor damage to an aluminum tube in the cooling system occurring when the tent it was sitting under blew away. There was about 10 gallons of water in the hull, however. Good thing I had a battery and bilge pump installed. BTW that new low profile bilge pump works great.      Attachments:
