Looks great. I'll be up north next weekend if any of you Canadians want to meet up in the air

I wish I could have made it there. Hopefully Don will have another mini gaggle soon.

It was great fun for Carol and me. Y'all come back, hyeah?<I> Alla</I> y'all! (Actually, I'm probably not even close to the Tidewater Virginia dialect there--love to hear it, but haven't mastered it yet.)<P>John and Dennis are flying north over Pennsylvania right now (13:29Z) and hope to be back in Shelbourne, Ontario, by nightfall.<!-- >'"><br><font color=red size=6>' or &gt; missing in user HTML.     Radar showed a pretty good line of storms yesterday on the east coast. Did they get to ya'll?

They passed just south of us--so close that Prior James, who had to leave early, had trouble getting back to KAKQ (Wakefield), only about 20 nm to the southeast. He had to delay for a couple of hours, and even then dodged some scud at 500 feet and landed on a wet runway. The rest of us flew a sortie down the river to Jamestown Island and had blue sky on the way back.<br /><br />Just got a call from Dennis and John, who headed north at about 7 AM. They were almost to Lake Erie, waiting for launch time to make their appointment with Canadian customs. They said the weather was fine and they expected to be home in good time. It's about 420 nm from here to there.

We had a great time putting our feet up with Don and Carol! The trip past the dead fleet down to First Flight and back via the blimp hangar was the highlight of this summer (I guess getting in and out of KERI was the lowlight!) Great meeting you, Prior and Bill! Hope we can do it all again on Georgian Bay sometime. Got home to Shelburne just before 5 pm. I'll post some photos shortly.
