Beautiful pictures David. You and Rob picked some great scenery to show off your part of the world.
I am a bit perplexed about the location of Moreton island . If I turn my atlas upside down.....is west east.....??
In any event...I envy you. Hi to Rob..

Hi Dave don't turn your atlas upside down, my wife does and we get lost every time. I would suggest you track West 260 degrees for about 8,190 nautical miles, if you go East you will need to travel 13,290 nautical miles from Picton Ont Canada. Anyway when you get here I have a cold beer and some shrimp on the barbecue for you!

OK...!! If we take off from Brisbane and head 260*, how far to the island.....and more importantly...the beer and the shrimp.

You're right I think to stick to my GPS in future for navigation.
