Experimental plane went down , I believe after the FBO closed...on the news now...there were a number of experimentals there...none were SeaReys.

That's a Comp Air. 600 hp timed out turboprop on a composite airframe. They have been around a long time but I don't think they've sold that many. When I looked at a couple several years ago, I thought the quality was pretty rough for as big as they were.
