Sheriffs Aviation unit said it was allowed. County Zoning however said we would need a permit for a variance which takes months and needs agreement from everyone on this quiet lake. Not likely. So my search for a Searey friendly lake home in central Florida continues.

Theres 2 lots and at least 1 house for sale on my street. I believe the 2 lots that are 3 lots from my house, because they are near the end of the street don't touch the water because the lot on the other street cross the back of the lots to the water but the neighbor my let you use there beach. If not, you could taxi to my ramp.
Then there is the house but I think they want $325,000.

Thanks for the tip. I would want to be able to directly access the water. If the person letting me cut through the lot moved or put up a fence, the location would no longer be useful.

I really like your location though....(grin)

Do what a freind of mine did.
Buy two properties next to each other, establish a covenant over the one he wanted access over and then sell it.
So, he has unrestricetd acces forever.
