Waving is a nice touch. I'd have my hand glued to the throttle that close to the deck!<br />Anyway, I was reading in AOPA magazine that Essex Skypark is threatened with closure. How are <br />things there over the bay?

As to Essex Skypark the MD state legislature declared the airport a historic site. After that the Baltimore Count quickly started back pedaling in response to the local/state/national political pressure and the pilot association is in negations with the county to secure a 99 yr lease.
