Description:
One of the main attractions was this wingwalker from the Flying Circus, a family run airshow that does its wonderful thing every Sunday in the warm months at the Flying Circus Aerodrome, at Bealton, VA. (If you're ever in DC on a Sunday, May-October, consider driving the 40 miles or so for a great old-time airshow.)

And in the air.

There's a story about the Flying Circus wing walkers. I think this one was a sub for the woman, but she couldn't come because her ex-husband was flying one of the other biplanes--or maybe it was THIS biplane--and that would be awkward (or risky!) and then there was something else about another... But I didn't get the whole story. Too complicated.
