Dave
I bought the kit in late 1992 from PA when Kerry and Paige were just starting out in Kerrys grandfather's warehouse in Taft. It got its airworthiness through John Murphy on July 19, 1993. I flew it up until 2 years ago when my new partener Dale and I decided to do some upgrades to it. The list kept growing on the upgrades and thanks to all the help I got from Dale snd Robert Vaughn the rest is history. We should be flying real soon.,

Thanks for that Olie......it is nice to see that you are re-juvenating an oldie....rather than disposing of her. How many hours have you done with 002 and what engine changes. You must have had many interesting hours. and lots of tales to tell..

    Dave
Not a whole lot of airframe hours, I'm sorry to say, probably less than 1000 but a lot of engine changes from a 65 hp Hirth(big mistake) to a 582, to a 618 to a 912s which is what is on it now. It now has a C hull and all the upgrades that can be put on except for the new bulkhead that you can put on a classic. I feel like I own a piece of searey history with the airplane and want to continue enyoying it.
