We flew on down to Tommy Crump's place on the off-chance that he was home again after another heart surgery. He's been staying with his sister because she makes him eat right. Smoke was coming from the chimney, so I landed, parked on the beach, and went up to chat a bit while Lindsay did splash-and-goes. Tommy didn't look good, but he looked a lot better than the last time I'd seen him, before the last surgery.
Passed this sloop on the way back upstream. The house beyond is half home, half museum (early 20th century Russian paintings).
