THis is downtown Ft Myers, Russ. The first bridge is US 41 . The second two bridges is <br />old 41.

The 2 large spans used to be the old Edison draw bridge , that currently resides at the <br />bottom of the Gulf about 13 miles from shore. Each span is one way…a huge expense for <br />'Old US 41' , but I was told it was 'federally funded' …

You guys live down there, If you were looking to buy a condo where would the best place to live and best buys right now. If you know, I don't want you to go shopping for us or anything like that.

During the 'bust' the new condos with the pointed roofs near the bridge had one <br />occupant…now they are all sold, the prices are going up. Calling a local Realtor and looking <br />at sites like Zillow may give you an idea. I,m not familiar with condo pricing, Russ

Use Zillow - it's incredibly helpful. You can filter on 'condo' and 'waterfront' and price and location...
