He was 501' over this unpopulated area. I was just trying
out my new lens and
cropping tool. Attachments:

While Wayne flies off, I notice a large air mass that's
boiling up like it's getting
ready to make it's presence known. Conv Sigmet FMY Attachments:

I recognize that view Frank, it's from your house!

Perceptive Dave. So you got me. Here's the uncropped
version;

A careful inspection will reveal a step in the dock. This
would be poor design. The step is an artifact of the
stitching of two photos. I use the free web site called
Dermander, which usually does a better job, and for free
it meets my requirements, usually.

http://www.dermandar.com/create/
. Attachments:

Cool shots, Frank! It's comforting to know you have a new, long lens and Wayne was 501 feet up.

Nicely zoomed, Frank (and Wayne). It is a good friend who would provide a fly by as encouragement to complete a flight review!

Congratulations, Frank..on completing yet another successful BFR and MEDICAL. You
are Da MAN!

Wayne, thou make it sound like a big deal to pass the Class III and get a BFR; at
my age it's beginning to feel that way.

My insurance company agrees with you. No more BFR's they want an AFR's.

Tell your insurance to kiss off and don't fly over anything you can't afford to buy.

Something to look forward to, Frank: Mine wants an AFR and an annual physical, although it doesn't have to be an FAA medical.
