Description: Right is Debby Dulla center is Lou Ann and that's me walking up.
Kerry had a dealer in Oxnard CA. the family had a flying business
at the airport there. Debby along with father and brother gave
lessons and sold airplanes. I did a lot of hang gliding around CA
back then this is a fly-in at Lake Elsinore CA. for the early ultralight
boom in 1983. There is a really nice hill here that I flew a lot at
when the winds off the high desert we're blowing making for
days you could soar all afternoon in a hang glider. I purchased a
MX before I met Lou Ann and kept it at a large hangar at a 9,000
acre farm just out of Bakersfield CA. That's where I met Lou Ann
after she had purchased a Advanced Aviation Cobra that Kerry and
his family were manufacturing in Orlando Fl. Deb has a t-shirt on
for the Cobra.

    That's an interesting picture, Russ. I've never been to Lake Elsinore, and the photo resolution could be sharper--but the scene feels familiar, and I didn't need your description to recognize Lou Ann, even though I didn't meet her until 17 years later, and that was 23 years ago. It seems even easier now to picture her flying as "Lou Too Low."
