    Stunning pic, Tom. It reminds me of a cross between a capillary network, a bit of kale, and this painting by Sesshu Toyo:

When there's a bit more water in it, do you know if Black Butte Lake's open to seaplaners? Looks a good 5 miles long on the map. Would be a fun flight up there to check it out.

    ...and finally, the fullsize download from this site to my 27" Mac computer with a "retina" display--which you won't see full size until you click on the image twice. THAT image should be the same as Tom's original after you click on it once on a big-screen hi-res computer. It's a stunning shot, as Eric R. said above.
