I'd guess Coot, except that the wing--or wings--seem to have a small chord and, lying there on the ground, remind me of a Quickie. Or maybe a Volmer--nah. I give up.

Good job, Tom! I knew it looked familiar--I saw it several times at Sun-n-Fun, but just an unfinished fuselage with both wings installed, never a completed airplane. Here's a video of it:

2500 foot take off run???. Instrument panel on the canopy does not look like a very good idea.
