The water level is starting to recede from its hurricane highs. Now Puzzle Lake on the St. Johns River is more like it's normal size.      Attachments:

Why do they call it rush hour when clearly there is no rushing....at least for these cars that came to a sudden, unscheduled stop. Sometimes it's better to be in the air going home than being on the ground wishing you anywhere else.      Attachments:

The last time I was in Lake Harney I saw so many gators in it that it prompted me to take it off my list. Maybe I was too
hasty? What is your home lake Dan?

There were plenty of gators, Bill, but I decided they would be too cold to be in a biting mood (on the other hand, how do they make it through the winter if they don't eat...hmmmm). I live across town on Lake Harris where the gators are domesticated.

No successful photo mission proceeds without adequate fuel for the participants. This one tanked up at Laughlin Lake.

Fueled up, the real work could start on Lake Harney's beaches.

Great photos on a beautiful spring day. I live out that way. Just north of the northern most bithlo tower. Always fun
to fly the St. Johns.
