Description: This is Cotton Airport...about 25 nm from FMY. The private 2,500
grass strip is unique in that it is also a FAA seaplane base...with a
9/18 and a 13/31 water runway (the river bends). Plus it has direct
access to the Gulf and the Atlantic (long boat ride through Lake
Okeechobee.). The owner is selling 5 acres lots. He claims to be
putting in a ramp.

    Oh, if only closer to Tampa. Would love to do that. Hanger home to store the toys while we travel in the motorhome.
